A: Usually 1pc for portable and fixed ones. As for household type, its MOQ : 200 pcs.
A: Yes. We support sample, sample fee could be negotiated but you need to pay the freight.
Regular sample needs 4-7 working days after fund received. If in stock, we will ship it immediately.
A: We send them by UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL or Customers’ shipping. If you have forwarder in China, we support to send to your forwarder’s address freely.

Products Technical FAQ
A: Usually 3 wire 4-20mA communication or MODBUS RS485 optional.
A.Household gas detector lifetime up to 5-years. And fixed gas detector lifetime 2~5 years different according to sensor type.
(Catalytic sensor: 3-years ; Electro-chemcial sensor: 1-2 years ;IR sensor: 5-years; Laser senosr: 5 -years. )
A: Generally fixed gas detector we suggested calibrate once very 12 months. Portable device calibrate every 6 months. Household device and Laser sensors Calibrate free.
A: Usually the local Design house will design the Fire system part including the gas detection system and the device lists. Or you can provide us your drawing of your site, and our engineers provide a solution.

Maintenance and After-sales FAQ
A: Ordinary kitchen gas detectors, laser sensors and normal catalytic combustion sensor could storage 1- year under normal environment and sell. But for some special sensors such as electro-chemical sensors its storage requirements are high, so suggest install soon after received to in case of the sensor expired.
A: Catalytic combustion(storage temperature: -20℃～+60℃; Infrared
absorption(storage temperature: -20℃～+50℃), storage humidity≤95%RH,
pressure: 86 kPa～106kPa. No organic solution, combustible liquid, combustible
gas or sulfide, chloride, phosphide, fluoride and substance containing lead and
silicon with poisoning effect on sensor or corrosive gas at site.
A: Warranty: 12 months. Bulk quantity order or OEM order warranty negotiable.
